The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council was established in 1968, serving people as our neighbours. We provide social services for people of different needs. We believe children can develop their potentials and hence their dreams can come true. through the Child Development Fund (CDF) project, they will be equipped with skills which strengthen their abilities for enriching their career path and leading to a bright future. To make children's dreams become possible, our CDF project has three core elements which aim to: (1) start a Dream Account for habitual saving and build a healthy financial management; (2) match a mentor and go through series of training for sustainable development; (3) develop own Personal Development Plan (PDP) and are always eager to contribute our society as an ideal whole-person development. In response to our social needs, we further promote and recruit children of ethnic minorities, with disabilities, living in cubicle apartments or new arrivals. |
