Training activities / programmes BGCA has all along cared about the growth and development of children living in poverty. We collaborate with different sectors from the communities to build up the children's personal and social assets so as to increase their chance of future success.

Training programmes for children:
Our CDF project helps children to improve the ability of resilience, develop positive beliefs and plan for the future actively through the concept of "case management" and "asset -building", which includes:

-Personal assets: strengthening the children personal capacities, interpersonal relationships skills, career planning, and resilience.

-Social assets: broadening the children's social horizon and life experience through mentorship.

-Financial assets: enhancing the children's capacity of financial management/ planning financial and developing their healthy saving habits.

Training programmes for parents:
We will provide training courses for the parents to improve their financial management capacity, parenting, life management skills and social support, etc., in order to create a better living environment for the children.

Training programmes for mentors:
We will provide skills trainings for the mentors including relationship building and communication skills with children, enhance and explore others' potentials, assisting children target setting and plan execution.
