| Training activities / programmes | Our name of the programme called "Step Up 4 – Life Guiding Project". Each participating child will be assigned a personal mentor who will encourage and help participating children draw up and implement their personal development plans for their whole personal development.
Various training and activities include "Financial Management Workshop", "MBTI Workshop & Intelligence Training Workshop", Community Service, Company Visit , Life Planning and etc which help children accumulate both financial and non-financial assets. For parents, "Parent School" will be set up and training topics include "Financial Management" and "Life Planning" which aim at strengthening the communication between parents and their children. Mentors play an important role and he/she should share their life experience with children. Our mentors are selected from different corporations and organisations who are dedicated to guide and coach children. We provide various training which cover topics like "Emotional Support" and "Effective Communication" to help mentors acquire their skills and walk with their mentees. "Mentor Periodical" will be issued and regular gathering will be held with a view to encouraging more interaction and sharing between each other. |
