Training topics include "Healthy Budgeting Training", "Life Plan Training", "Interpersonal Communication", "Voluntary Trainings and Community Services", "Career Pioneer Programmes (interviewing with leaders in business sectors, visits to various careers, summer job placements) ", "Self Understanding and Resilience Enhancement Training", "Workshop on Further Study and Careers", "Leadership Training Overnight Camp" and "Adventure-based Activity Camps" etc. For parents: Training programs includes "Healthy Budgeting", "Skills on Helping Children Build Up Assets", "Positive Parenting Skills", "Communications Skills with Children" and "Physio-psycho-spiritual Health Groups" etc. For mentors: Training programmes include "Communication Skills with Children and Youths", "Programme Organising Skills", "Skills on Coaching of Mentoring", "Sharing / evaluation meetings" and "Advantage-based Activity Camps" etc. |
