Project highlight:
- According to participants' abilities, personalities and interests, to organise internships in different industries.
- Every participant will be matched with a voluntary mentor according to their career target, and help them to identify and achieve the personal development plan.
Activities at a glance:
For participating children
- Training related to self-knowledge, emotion management, enhancing self-confidence, resilience and team spirit, cultivating interest, volunteer services and financial planning, etc.
For parents / guardians
- Parenting activities to foster interest, experience with their children, develop artistic potential, explore the methods of effective communication and assist their children to achieve the financial goals, etc.
For mentors
- Social activities to guide the participants to work out their life plan, exchange the skills in collaborating with parents and children's guidance, establish network among mentors and assist the participants to achieve the financial goals, etc.

Mentor recruitment
The "Kids, dreams come true!" project welcomes applications from those who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or above
- Moral and responsible
- Willing to support children and young people, and guide the mentee during the three-year project period
- Recommendation from the NGOs / churches / companies is required
